- Contract of Sale: A contract of sale only comes into effect when we have processed your order and received validation of payment via Payfast.
- Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per household.

Our products are for external use only. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are responsible for testing the product on a small patch of skin to ensure no allergic reaction occurs. Bloomeur Refined Perfumery is not liable for any skin irritations or misuse of the product.
