1. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver to all physical addresses within the borders of South Africa. We partner with premium local couriers to ensure your fragrance is handled with care.
- Main Centers (JHB, CPT, DUR, PTA): 2–4 business days.
- Regional/Outlying Areas: 5–7 business days.
- Processing Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the following business day.

- Note: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or PostNet Suites. A physical address where someone is available to sign for the package during office hours is required.
3. Exchange Policy
We understand that choosing a fragrance online can be difficult. Under the South African Consumer Protection Act, you have a “cooling-off” period, but this only applies to unopened goods.
Eligibility for Exchange:
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be sealed in its original plastic/cellophane wrap. If the seal is broken, we cannot offer an exchange for hygiene reasons.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) must be provided.
How to Exchange:
- Email hello@bloomeur.co.za with your request.
- Please arrange with a courier from your address to deliver to our door.
- Once the laboratory confirms the seal is intact, we will ship (at your cost) your new selection.
4. Damaged or Leaking Items
While we package our perfumes securely, if your bottle arrives damaged or leaking:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Send a photo of the damaged bottle and the outer box to hello@bloomeur.co.za
- We will collect the damaged unit and send a replacement at no cost to you.
5. Returns & Refunds
If you prefer a refund rather than an exchange:
- The item must be returned unopened and sealed within 10 business days.
- The refund will be processed back to your original payment method (PayFast, Peach Payments, or EFT) once the item is inspected.
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel is scanned into the courier’s system, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (e.g., The Courier Guy). You can track your parcel directly on their portal.
